I came to writing in my late forties after harbouring a wish I’d carried with me since childhood to one day find my words between covers. I didn’t wait around for the chance to follow my dream to present itself, I gained fulfilment in other ways. Some of the high water marks of my life are represented in the following pages. They are by no means my only achievements but are, each in its own way, novel, and perhaps of interest to others. These projects also reflect my passion for social justice, philosophy and ethical ways of living. The other achievement that brings me daily joy is motherhood. I have twin girls, both adorable, talented and strong.
